Nicola Walker’s passion is the mind. Her curiosity about how the brain functions, and exploring how and why people do the things they do, drives her to constantly expand her knowledge to find the most effective ways of helping people be more of who they are at their best. Combining techniques learned along the way: from psychology, NLP, EFT Tapping, Havening Techniques, and humour; she works as a coach, trainer and writer, and host of Meditation Room, with weekly online guided meditations to change the brain and soothe the soul.
Her first book, 'A Book For A Change,' offers practical suggestions, tips and encouragement to un-peel the layers of thought-patterns and feelings that keep us from enjoying life to the full. The way our brains are programmed is described and illustrated with entertaining, often personal, stories of transformation.
