Angelica: Archangel's Magic

In the natural pharmacy, this plant is called the angel herb. It is said that the most prominent Archangel Michael personally discovered it. Alternative healers are adamant that it can heal everything. Angelica herb is used in the food industry as a food additive, in the pharmaceutical industry as a medicine and in perfumery because of its aroma.

Angelica in ancient times was among the most used, especially in the Middle Ages. During this period, thanks to it, the lives of many people were saved, it was in this way that the medicinal plant received the name angelic herb, which over the years became Angelica.

Saint Michael the Archangel is said to have personally discovered it.

The lower part of the medicinal plant - the root of the Angelica herb is highly recommended for good digestion. The appetite is encouraged by the essential oils of the natural remedy. And that's not all. Angelica herb is even used in severe diseases, among which is anorexia. In addition, it treats rheumatic pains, problems related to painful menstruation in women, as well as liver diseases.

How do they use the herb in Mexico?

The tea, which is prepared from the root of the angelica (Angelica), is drunk for intestinal inflammation and digestive problems.

Bronchitis and inflamed lungs are also treated thanks to Angelica. It is also used in the treatment of thrombosis, insomnia and calming the nerves.

How you can use the angelic herb at home:

Pour 30 grams of finely chopped root with half a liter of white wine. Let stand overnight, stirring frequently. After 24 hours, strain and drink half a wine glass in the morning and evening.

Another way of using the herb:

Boil 1 teaspoon of Angelica root in a liter of water for no more than five minutes. Cool and store in the refrigerator. The decoction can be taken instead of water or by taking it diluted with water.

You can also find angelica (angelica) in powdered capsules. Women can take up to 3-4 grams daily, three times a day on average. Likewise, you can take 3-5 ml of angelica root tincture three times a day.

Although it helps tremendously, this herb is almost forgotten and hardly used today. It is also called Angelica archangelica L.

In China angelica spells "female ginseng", "female ginseng" and "principal of Chinese herbs".

Its uses specially for such hormonal conditions as premenstrual syndrome and menopause are tremendously helpful.

Another undoubted useful property of the Chinese angelica is its cardio-positive effect. Angelica normalizes the primary state, which promotes the preservation of the vessel's primary tissues.

Be aware that:

Excessive intake of the herb can negatively affect the heart rate and blood pressure, as well as increase the level of sugar in the blood - angelica is contraindicated for people with a tendency to develop diabetes.
