Heart to Heart ❤️

Prof. Chirkov introduced in Germany heart operations on babies in incubators. Such interventions were not performed there before the innovation of the Bulgarian cardiac surgeon.

Young people must take care of their heart from an early age;

Immobility negatively affects the heart;

Movement must be done daily. This is not a question of straining in the gym, but walking or doing some physical work that contributes to moving the whole body.

Prof. Chirkov is convinced that one day, if a person begins to live in harmony with Nature he will live up to 130 years, but today this is impossible.

Prof. Chirkov is convinced that constant searching on the Internet leads to siltation of the brain. The brain gets lazy, lowering the thinking process and making decisions, remembering and reproducing information.

"After many years of studying the human body and especially the human heart, my advice is very simple: eat sensibly.

The first and most important condition for living a long and happy life.

Move, walk - every cell in our bodies experiences a huge need for movement.

Avoid stress, anger, quarrels, the desire to take revenge. Heart disease is provoked by the brain, all our diseases are a reaction of the brain.

We don't let the brain do its job as it should, we load our brains with extreme, sometimes dangerous and negative thoughts, and the brain takes revenge on us to protect itself.

Smile 20-30 times a day and you will live healthy, pain-free and happy.

Eat slowly, with finesse and beauty in the movements, with moderate amounts of food.

This way you will live at least 15 years longer. I have always been careful about what and how much I eat and I have never smoked.

Life around us is full of pleasant surprises, find them. Don't wander around like hooded horses, there are plenty of opportunities for incredibly enjoyable experiences around.

I am sure that the miracles that surround us will not end.

Three things you should wish for yourself and others - health, joy and good friends.

Three things you have to control and master - temperament, language, behavior.

You must cultivate three things - courage, kindness and love for the others.

Three things you must give - opportunity to the poor, comfort to the sad, praise to the deserving.

Three things you must avoid - cruelty, arrogance and ingratitude.

Three things to admire - the beauty of nature, the children and the elderly. "

– Prof. Alexander Chirkov (January 27, 1938 – November 24, 2020)
