Have you noticed that the weeds are stronger than the plants? We so much want to get rid of them while trying to grow other plants in our garden but they simply grow again and again and stubbornly stay …We even walk on them but we never really realize what we step on …

Now here:

This is something to challenge our awareness of what we walk on could be what we need the most to sustain our existence.

Elena Zaitseva is the most famous living herbalist in Europe. She knows more than 1100 types of medicinal herbs, with which she cures all sorts of diseases.

She began learning herbs in her early childhood, from the age of 8.

For nearly 100 years, she has traveled to even the most inaccessible parts of Russia, including Altai, the Far East, to collect medicinal herbs.

At the invitation of churches and monasteries throughout the country, she used to give talks on herbal medicine and natural remedies.

All weeds heal!

"If you don't want to get sick, dig up only three roots from the garden - Bermuda grass, burdock and dandelion.

It's enough for you. I collect 25 roots myself, but not all people can do it, so even one is enough for you until you learn more."

– E. Zaitseva

Cynodon dactylon is a perennial herb that has a long creeping rhizome with above ground and underground shoots. Stems could be reaching up to 50 cm in height. The flowers are 1-2 in small flattened spikes.

Scutch grass - another name for cynodon dactylon, or Bermuda grass, is a type of grass native to North and South America.

It is one of the most commonly used to create lawns in the world.

It is good for health because it helps purify the air.

This type of grass is great for your yard when you have children or pets because it doesn't cause any contact irritation.

Bermuda grass is used as a natural remedy for asthma attacks and hay fever.

The plant also helps in the treatment of lung diseases. When you have asthma or hay fever, it's important to take this grass seriously and add it in your diet as a preventative measure rather than waiting for the fever symptoms to appear.

Bermuda grass is rich in selenium, vitamins B and C. It is also known to contain amino acids, omega-3 fatty acids and more...

The plant has a very high acidity (pH 4-5). The beneficial health properties of the Bermuda grass are also due to the high zinc content, which is between 5-10%.

The plant shows a wide range of pharmacological effects - antimicrobial, antioxidant, anticancer, hypolipidemic, immunological, antidiabetic, gastrointestinal, dermatological, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic, has a positive effect on the cardiovascular, respiratory and central nervous systems, has a strong diuretic, antiparasitic, insecticidal and repellent action.

Both dried and green Bermuda grass have been scientifically proven to effectively relieve the symptoms of hay fever and asthma attacks, especially in those who suffer from seasonal allergies.

Some say the Bermuda grass is a stubborn weed that the Lord gives us literally under our feet to use for healing. There is no garden in which it does not grow. There is no disease that he does not treat, starting with the eyes and ending with oncology. All wild animals, cats and dogs are eating the Bermuda grass and treating their own conditions in their own ways with it.

It is invaluable for humans as it restores the impaired metabolism.

The juice and decoction of the fresh plant can be taken throughout the summer - an excellent remedy for partial vision loss.

It also treats low back pain, ovarian dysfunction in women, tuberculosis, exudative diathesis, abrasions.

There are no contraindications for its use.

From the roots of the Bermuda grass our grandparents used to ground flour and used to make bread.

It is much more nutritious and tasty than wheat bread (perhaps even healthier nowadays ) .

You can use it to make porridge; coffee…

The easiest and quickest way to prepare Bermuda grass for daily use is:

It can be used in the form of a decoction prepared from 20 g of dry Bermuda grass roots and 250 g of water.

Recommended: 1 coffee cup 2-3 times half an hour before a meal. With or without a teaspoon of honey.

We can sustain ourselves healthy even from only what we step on if only we knew the true value of every growing thing on Earth…One is enough to know until we learn more …
