Tens of thousands of people around the globe have found and followed their calling over the last three decades through Nick’s writing, speaking, broadcasting and coaching. He has a deep love for his work in helping people blossom and draw the best out of themselves and those around them. He has a deep understanding of how we can hold ourselves back from being at the top of our game and doing our best work.

He spent twenty years co-leading the Alternatives programme in St James’s London, hosting and working with many of the world thought leaders in the area of personal and spiritual growth and human potential. This was his “MBA” in human potential.

Today, Nick serves as a guide to people in leadership by helping them navigate the process of new beginnings, through weaving together all the rich strands of who they are and their experience into their coherent and powerful brand, so they can deliver their best work to their ideal clients and audiences and be at the top of their game.

He is on his own transformational journey to be at the top of his game, now in his early 60’s. He is very open about the numerous ups, downs and renewals he has experienced, overcoming low self-esteem and addiction problems initially to pursue a successful corporate career in sales and marketing. But then in 1989 he resigned to follow his own leadership calling, starting his own businesses as a speaker and coach. He is now the best-selling author of 18 books, an inspirational keynote speaker, and has spent over 20 years as a coach, adviser, friend, mentor, spiritual advisor and encourager to leaders and emerging leaders.

He has been invited to give talks in seventeen countries around the world, for public and entrepreneurial audiences, and also for dozens of companies including BT, Johnson & Johnson, The Institute of Leadership and Management, Barcroft Studios, Ink Global, Mindshare, IKEA, BBC, Yahoo, Just Eat, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Fosters, Mastercard, Deloitte Touche, W H Smith, The Met Police, McKinsey, The Chartered Institute of Marketing, The Health and Safety Executive, The Global Leaders Academy, The Market Research Institute, The Isle of Man Cabinet Office, Yo! Sushi and Merrill Lynch. He has also participated in almost 2,000 media features and interviews, including BBC Breakfast, The World Business Report, and also the BBC’s PM, The World Tonight and In Business.
