Golden root has an established native range in the highlands of the Altai, Urals, Sea of Okhotsk and Amur. It is found in Northern Europe, Russia and North America. It grows at an altitude of up to 2300 meters. Some sources indicate that it extends from 1,000 to 5,000 meters above sea level. The main trade center for the herb is Altai. The pink goldfinch appeared in America and was popularized there by experts such as Brown, Gerberg, Mishholon and Weil.
Rhodiola is used to increase the energy, endurance, strength and mental capacity of the individual. As an "adaptogen", it helps the body adapt and withstand physical, chemical and environmental stress. It is also used to improve athletic performance, reduce recovery time after long workouts, improve sexual function. It has a beneficial effect on the body in depression, heart disease such as irregular heartbeat and high cholesterol. Some people use Tibetan ginseng to treat cancer, tuberculosis and diabetes, to prevent colds and flu, to age and damage the liver, to improve hearing, to strengthen the nervous system and to boost immunity. In terms of fatigue, rhodiola seems to be able to significantly reduce the effects of prolonged, but not associated with significant physical exertion. This fatigue is more related to stress or prolonged low-intensity exercise.
